Illai Div, that isnt shreya... I leave the interpretation of the last line to the reader.... It could just mean anything.... It could even be an arbit statement that doesnt fit the context too!!!
@WA: Same thing that I told Divya. It could mean that something untoward has happened to the groom and he is in hospital. It could mean that the groom abandoned the wedding and the girl has been admitted in teh hospital. It could mean that the girl's father had an attack because the groom left.. It could just mean anything!!!
